About You:

Having my two beautiful daughters.

Looking back on your life, what’s a lesson you’ve learned that has stayed with you?
Don’t stress over small stuff because life is too short.

When in your life, so far, have you felt most confident and why?
The older I get, the more confident I become. All the small insecurities I had growing up seem so silly now. I’m appreciative of my health and well-being every day.

My personality.

Your Thoughts on Aging:

Are there any myths you would like to bust about being over 40, 50, 60 or 70?
I’ve heard some myths that life gets harder as you age. But I personally think life gets better with age, as long as you take care of your body.

How has turning 40, 50, 60 or 70 changed your outlook on life?
I appreciate the small things in life and cherish each day more.

How do you embrace the changes that come with getting older?
I am thankful each day I wake up and get to experience another day.

What are some of the things you enjoy now that you might not have appreciated in the past?
I enjoy my alone time more now than when I was younger. I love being around people, but I also appreciate peace and quiet.

Future Aspirations:

What’s one thing on your bucket list that you’re determined to accomplish and what’s your favorite thing you’ve checked off?
I’d like to travel the world more. I had a great time when I went to Bora Bora and I hope to go back one day.

What does it mean to you to live fully at this stage of life?
Embrace each day.

What is your favorite quote or motto that inspires you?
Love the life you live. Live the life you love.

What is the one piece of advice you would give your 20 something self?
You’re not going to care at all about this as you get older.
