Can you share a moment of triumph or success that you’re particularly proud of?
Getting my Real Estate license. Passing that test. I was a stay-at-home Mom primarily and had lost my self-confidence and my identity outside of being a Mom, so that achievement shocked me and let me know I was capable of what I put my mind to.
Your Thoughts on Aging:
Are there any myths you would like to bust about being over 40, 50, 60 or 70?
That beauty stops after a certain age. Self-care and self-love help us recognize that we are beautiful at any age.
Future Aspirations:
What does it mean to you to live fully at this stage of life?
Realizing the only limits are in your own mind, we are capable of so much more and deserve to at least try to achieve a higher level of growth.
Finding Joy:
What’s something that always makes you laugh, no matter how many times you hear or see it?
My boxer does this bit when you go out the backyard gate and come back. He crouches way down and gets this funny look on his face and as you walk closer, he does zoomies all over the yard, hilarious.
